HiWater is a self service paddle board and beach rental system. Users download the app and check out items like paddle boards, chairs, beach games and more. Our racks are solar powered and can be set up at beaches, lakes, and rivers.  Also great are parks, boat launches, docks and piers. Let’s say you’re new HiWater location is set up and ready to rent equipment.  Here is how the process works. As people begin arriving to the location they notice a new conveniently positioned rental rack. As they approach, renters are directed to download the HiWater app. After downloading the app they create an account by purchasing their first set of board tokens. At this time HiWater saves that customer’s card on file for faster checkout.  1 token cost the user $1.00. 

With tokens in their account users are now ready to rent items from your racks. By using the app customers simply select what equipment and the length of time. Time options include hourly and daily rates.  Upon selection tokens are redeemed and the customer is charged the local sales tax.

Congratulations! You just made money with your new HiWater rental business! After a successful payment the HiWater app opens each lock “CLICK” giving instant access to the equipment. When the rental time expires users simply returns the items to the rack verifying the return with a photo of each item.

Customers having a blast may want to keep equipment longer than what was initially paid for. At this point the Hiwater app is set up to automatically bill customers for the extended time. This ensures you as a business owner gets paid!
