How do I check out an item?

Download the app and purchase board tokens to create and account and save a card on file. Make sure you enable all permissions in the app. Login with your new username and password.  Select the which items you desire and rental time. Proceed and allow your phones Bluetooth to disengage the locks. Remove all items and close the door. When your time expires return to the rack location. Make sure to engage lock before leaving. Snap photo to prove you returned to the rack.

I bought tokens but I unable to connect to the locks what should I do?

Its important that you make sure your permissions settings are properly turned on. This means Bluetooth, Locations, Camera, Near by Devices, etc. Make sure to allow all permissions then close down app and reopen to continue unlocking equipment. You also need an active internet connects to open locks. Keep in mind whether you have an IPHONE or android phone you need to have permissions turned on to use our service.

How do I create an account?

Why is the lock not opening?

Make sure you have Bluetooth enabled. It can take up to 30 seconds to unlock the lock. If you have a problem please close down the app and try again. If you are still have troubles reach out to customer support.

Can I store items in the locker?

You can at your own risk. HiWater LLC will not be liable for any stolen or lost items

Do I need my phone to return a board?

Yes you will need your phone to return the board to open up locks if closed and taking a picture to verify you returned all items

Can I add additional time?

Yes, if you have additional board tokens you may add time. On the timer screen click the add more time button.

What if I return the board after my time expires?

We give you a 10 minute grace period. Any additional time will charge you additional board tokens and/or late fees.

What happens if I damage or lose and item?

Please report it through the apps report a problem button found in the menu located in the left corner of the app.
