Do I have to buy board tokens each time I want to checkout?

No, only the first time you use the HiWater app. Each guest is required to save a card on file when renting items. Checking out in the future charges the card saved in the account.

What if I don’t buy enough board tokens? 

If you don’t have enough tokens in your account HiWater bills the card directly making checking out quick an easier for the next time you rent items.

What if I have an issue checking out items at a rack?

Simple press the help button and reach out the location manager. If you are still unable to resolve an issue you can always message us here.
